SAFETY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL

The insert ensures safety of use because it has the so-called parental lock, protecting against unauthorized opening of the door up.

The front of the insert is equipped with a heat-resistant ceramics that can withstand temperatures up to 660 ° C. The installed glass has a quality and safety certificate.

The body and the front of the insert are resistant to high temperatures thanks to the use of high-quality steel.

The door frame is made of a closed profile, which makes it stable and resistant to stresses occurring during operation at high temperatures. Perfect tightness of the insert is guaranteed thanks to solid welds made in a noble gas shield. Steel elements cut with laser cutters and then bent on CNC bending machines.

ECOLOGICAL COMBUSTION

The device meets the Ecodesign requirements and the BImSchV 2 standard , which determines the maximum CO emission.

MODERN DESIGN

NBC attracts attention with its modern design and aesthetic finish. It impresses with a harmonious vision of fire, giving the interior a unique style. The heat radiates not only frontally but also sideways.

The fireplace is equipped with a single, decorative glass, which makes it look elegant and modern. The use of this solution optically enlarges the front of the insert and emphasizes the vision of fire.

The door of the insert has a convenient railing that makes it easier to open the door up.

COMFORTABLE USE

The door of the insert works in the lift up system – the glass is lifted up. This system is built on the basis of a counterweight – steel cord pulleys run on 4 ball-bearing rollers (2 per side), thanks to which the door weight is evenly distributed. They move along the sliding guides mounted in the frame, which guarantees their light, quiet and trouble-free operation. Thanks to the raised and lowered doors, a large amount of wood can be loaded at once. An additional mechanism that allows the panes to be opened on both sides, which facilitates their cleaning.

The device is additionally equipped with a clean glass system – thanks to the so-called air curtain, the air stream is evenly distributed, sweeps the glass and minimizes the deposition of soot on it. This allows you to maintain the effective and clean look of the glass for a long time.

The fireplace has a specially profiled bottom plate made of TERMOTEC, thanks to which the combustion chamber is deeper and contains more wood, and the logs do not fall onto the glass.

Keeping the insert clean is easier thanks to the mounted grate and the container where the ash is collected.

MAXIMUM USE OF ENERGY

More efficient combustion and longer temperature maintenance is achieved thanks to the lining of the combustion chamber with TERMOTEC, a heat-accumulating material that increases the temperature in the furnace. In addition, its smooth, white surface looks great inside the fireplace.


The combustion of fuel particles takes place thanks to the deflector, which extends the exhaust gas path, and the secondary air supply system. This process also increases the efficiency of combustion and guarantees better use of energy, and thus minimizes the emission of harmful substances to the atmosphere.

The device has a triple combustion chamber ventilation system, thanks to which wood combustion in the insert is ecological, and most importantly economical.

Primary air is supplied to the insert from the outside, thanks to the built-in 125 mm air inlet connection. The air inlet connection is located in the floor of the insert. Its regulation takes place by means of a built-in throttle set by one regulator, located below the door, which excludes errors in improper use. The whole mechanism works very quietly and flawlessly.
