A specially profiled bottom plate used in the fireplace makes it contain more wood. Modern solutions used in the device guarantee energy savings and make its operation and cleaning trouble-free.
MAXIMUM USE OF ENERGY
More efficient combustion and longer temperature maintenance thanks to the lining of the combustion chamber with TERMOTEC, a heat-accumulating material that increases the temperature in the furnace.
Afterburning of fuel particles thanks to two deflectors that extend the exhaust path. This process also increases the efficiency of combustion and guarantees better use of energy, and thus minimizes the emission of harmful substances to the atmosphere.
Air is supplied to the insert only from the outside, thanks to the built-in 125 mm air inlet connection. Its regulation takes place by means of a throttle set with one regulator located below the door, which excludes errors in improper use. The whole mechanism works very quietly and flawlessly.
The insert uses a triple combustion chamber ventilation system. Primary air, facilitating the ignition of wood, is supplied under the grate. Secondary air – ensuring economic and ecological combustion – is supplied through openings in the rear wall.
Additionally, the insert uses a clean glass system (air curtain), i.e. air is supplied directly to the glass through a system of channels located on the sides of the fireplace. In this way, oxygen is supplied to the upper part of the combustion chamber, where the gases resulting from the combustion of wood are burnt, which additionally reduces the emission of harmful CO to the atmosphere.
The use of such a ventilation system enables very precise control of the combustion process.
The device meets the Ecodesign requirements and the BImSchV 2 standard , which determines the maximum CO emission.
SAFETY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL
The front of the insert is equipped with a heat-resistant ceramics that can withstand temperatures up to 660 ° C. The glass we offer has a quality and safety certificate.
The special perforated structure of the handle protects against overheating, which increases the comfort of using the fireplace.
The body and the front of the insert are resistant to high temperatures thanks to the use of high-quality steel.
Perfect tightness thanks to solid welds made in a noble gas shield. Steel elements cut by laser using modern devices and then bent on CNC bending machines.
The fireplace has a specially profiled bottom plate made of TERMOTEC material, thanks to which the combustion chamber is deeper and contains more wood.
Removable grate and ash pan make it easier to keep the insert clean.
Limited soot deposition occurs thanks to the clean glass system used. The air curtain separates the glass from the firebox. Thanks to this, it does not get dirty and gives more heat to the room.
The possibility of leveling the unevenness of the ground and leveling the insert thanks to adjustable feet.
The model is equipped with a movable exhaust outlet, thanks to which it is not necessary to purchase additional elbows during assembly. You can easily adjust the angle of connecting the insert to the chimney system.
The insert is equipped with a single, decorative glass, thanks to which it looks elegant and modern. The use of this solution optically enlarges the front of the insert and emphasizes the vision of fire.
